The Gulf of Mexico is accessible via Crystal River located just across the Salt River from the condo. Wonderful seafood restaurants and activities, such as kayaking, snorkeling, swimming with the manatees, scalloping, biking, golfing, saltwater and freshwater fishing are all available nearby. A public beach is located 4 miles from the condo. The space This condo with beautiful views, features an open floor plan and a second floor master loft. The first floor offers a full kitchen which includes a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker (keurig and drip). Main living area includes a 50 inch wall mounted tv, a half bath and a stacked washer/dryer. A combined living and dining area with abundant natural light opens up to your furnished deck overlooking the canal. The second floor master loft provides a comfortable king size bed and full bath with expansive views of this natural setting. A public boat launch is located within a half mile of the condo. A full service marina is located a few hundred yards down the street. Use of the complex's pool and boat dock are also included. Guests have exclusive access to the unit which is part of a two unit building within a small condominium community. Guest WiFi is included. Discounted weekly rate (15%) and monthly rate (25%). Guest access Guests have access to the pool, pool deck including chairs and tables, boat dock. Guest parking is in an open parking lot with easy access to the boardwalk leading to condo. Other things to note Please let me know if you will be bringing a boat. Boat docking and trailer storage is on site and are included in rental. Boat slips can accommodate boats up to 24ft with a draft of 15 inches or less. The canal’s water level leading to the boat docking area can fluctuate between very high and very low (based on the tide). It is best to plan your boat comings and goings around the high tide mark. Also, docking up to the units back decking is not permitted even for short periods as in loading the boat. Please note that Citrus County now charges launching fees at the following locations: MacRae's, Ft. Island Gulf Beach, Ft. Island Trail Park and Hernando Beach. You may pay launching fees by downloading the Premium Parking app or by using the QR code located at the ramps. Or, visit the Premium Parking website and pay online. Extra care is given in cleaning the unit after each stay. To ensure the cleanliness of the unit, the owner typically cleans and disinfects the unit.
