Relax and enjoy this home with your group or family, accommodating up to 10 guests at a time. Quiet neighborhood and central enough to get just about anywhere in 25 min or less drive. Most places of interest are closer than that. 10 beds, 2 total bathrooms. 1 steam shower. Laundry and full kitchen as well as a fenced yard. Up to 10 guests are welcome. For parties of over 4 guests, an additional fee of $30 per person, per day will apply. Pets permitted with a fee of $125 per pet (max 2 pets). The space 4 bedrooms, 10 beds total. 2 living areas, one with a TV and basic channels. Wi-Fi throughout the house and yard. Professional grade kitchen appliances available for you to use while you stay. Fenced yard. Public park across the street, great for dog walking and smaller children, or larger family get togethers. Guest access The entire home and yard are available aside from the locked supplies closet and the the garage. There will never be anyone sharing the space with you, it is always private for you and your group. Other things to note There are cameras outside of the home at the entrances to the house and garage.
