It is located in the garage behind the main house with a private entrance and a dedicated parking spot. The backyard is shared with other guests. It has been stylishly updated, and is pet friendly. This efficiency apt features a ground level entrance, mini fridge, microwave, and drainboard sink for food prep/cleanup. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach. The space This is a cozy studio apartment with a vintage drainboard kitchen sink, mini fridge, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. The high ceilings and natural lighting give it a spacious feel. The bed is queen sized with a Serta mattress that provides medium support/softness. There is a smart TV connected to WiFI (no cable) for streaming your favorite apps. The adjoining bathroom has a walk in shower, pedastal sink, toilet, and wardrobe for storing clothing. The apartment has a new mini split AC/heater unit that can be set to your liking. This property has vinyl plank flooring that is pet friendly and perfect for wet sandy feet. Pets must be included in reservation info. Guest access Guests can park in the space next to garage and use back yard and apartment. Guests with large vehicles may park in front of the house on the street. Please note the back yard is shared with guests of a studio apartment located within the main house. Other things to note 1-We use a European style bedding set up. This consists of a fitted sheet and a down comforter with a removable duvet cover on it. The duvet cover is washed after each guest visit. If you would like a flat sheet there is one available in the storage bench in your room. 2-If TV is not connecting to WiFi please unplug and then plug in and press home button. 3-If not paid during booking, $10 pet fee will be assessed upon checkout. This applies to guests staying with a pet. 4-Occasionally, a breaker may trip on the apartment. To reset the breaker exit the front door and go through the gate toward the driveway. The breaker panel is on the wall of the garage directly in front of you when you go through the gate. Open the panel and flip all breakers on and off. 5-The parking space is best suited to a midsize or smaller vehicle.
