The main floor is for playing pool, eating, cooking with your family & friends(couch free zone). Cook in the well equipped kitchen. The lower floor is for relaxing, watching TV, playing cards or board games. On the top floor catch some zzz in 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a roku-TV. All guests must follow the house rules .Pet visitors must be approved by owner. Great location. Entire townhouse. Pool table., Updated HVAC. TV in each bedroom. Large space. The guest will be able to access all space minus the locked owners closets. This includes patio, yard/garden, & garage. I am available 24x7 to assist guests. The townhouse is located 2 miles from the entrance of big cottonwood canyon and <5 miles from entrance of little cottonwood canyon. Quiet neighborhood with a near by playground & hiking trails. Walking around the neighborhood is enjoyable as the cars go slow. The streets are narrow. There is hiking near-by. Please only park in the garage, driveway or guest parking lot at the entrance. Parking in other units driveways or the street may result in being towed. The outdoor areas are shared. Please keep doors closed & locked when not occupying.
