Designed with family needs in mind, we offer legos, books, comfortable seating, Boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, pack play, high chair for your use. Elevator is out of order and can't be used. The space Kick back, relax, and enjoy our gorgeous, recently remodeled space in the heart of wrightsville beach. This kid friendly unit is located literally steps from the ocean. You do not even have to cross a street to gain access to the beach. We have a pack n play, high chair, double stroller, beach toys, toy trucks perfect for the sand for the little ones. We have boogie boards, a stand up paddle board, legos, and games for the older kids. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots and pans for you to cook with, including a 6 qt instant pot. We provide plenty of extra soft blankets, bath linens, beach towels, laundry detergent, and dish washing soaps. Bed linens included. We also provide beach chairs, beach buggy, and beach umbrellas you are welcome to borrow. We have 2 adult beach cruisers for your use. Bring extra bikes (you can store them in the garage safely) and explore all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer. Our outdoor shower is heated and a welcomed luxury after a full day in the sun. You can enjoy local restaurants, fishing piers, boat docks, and water sports all within very close proximity to our place. 2, max 3 cars (if 3rd car is smaller) can fit in our driveway. Fireplace and elevator not functional. Guest access You”ll have full access to our entire unit, all porches, outdoor shower, and garage. Elevator is curretly out of order and will not be be able to be used. Other things to note Our home owners association forbids pets and smoking on the property. Violations of these rules will be fined $500 and any additional cleaning fees associated with cleanup In light of the recent Covid pandemic, we have implemented additional cleaning guidelines to ensure the highest possible safety standards for our guests. In addition to following the CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, we are also doing the following steps to keep the unit as sanitary as possible for your stay. Rest assured that your health and safety is very important to us and the way we run the property. Please keep in mind this is our family’s second home and we sleep here frequently. We are taking extra steps to ensure your safety and the health of our visitors as well as our own. Cleaning crews will wear gloves, mask, and will use bleach-based products and other products recommended by the CDC to kill germs. All common use items will be disinfected including door knobs, light switches, remote controls, faucet handles, and the like. All bedding and towels including blankets, sheets, mattress pads, and the lake will be laundered using hot water after every use. Should you choose to bring your own pillows, linens, and blankets, you are welcome to do so. Just let us know in advance please.
