Hampton Bays is conveniently located between Westhampton/Quogue and Southampton. There are many lovely beaches and free pickleball/tennis courts within a 15 minute drive. Guest access Easy keypad lock with private guest codes. Hampton Bays LIRR train and jitney stop minutes away. A car is highly recommended to be able to enjoy the area. Other things to note Large washer and dryer are located in the partial basement accessed by exterior bilco doors and a small staircase. A baby bath is provided, however, the house currently only has showers.
