The Blue Butterfly II is the sister property to Miller Beach’s top vacation getaway, The Blue Butterfly. The Blue Butterfly II is unique in that it is located 1.5 blocks from the beach AND has an 18 foot above ground pool that can be heated. The home has two floors of living that features 5 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, a well-stocked kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, large backyard, Internet/Cable, 4 flat screen TVs, a Weber charcoal grill, a high chair, playpen & other entertainment. The space Floor one features bedroom one with a new queen memory foam mattress, a 40-inch flat screen television and a large walk-in closet. The first floor also features bedroom two with a new queen memory foam mattress and bedroom three with new bunk beds (1 twin and 1 full). In addition, the first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a dining room and a living room. The lower level features good sized bedrooms four and five as well as another living space, new bathroom with shower and a laundry room. Bedroom four is a jumbo bedroom with a new queen memory foam mattress, a full-size futon, a 40 inch flat screen television with sliding glass doors that walkout to the backyard. Bedroom 5 features a new queen size memory foam mattress, a bay window and “his and her” closets. The living space features a 50 inch flat screen television, BluRay/DVD and games. The bathroom is bright and modern with subway tiles and new fixtures. The laundry room features a jumbo washer and dryer and a utility sink. The backyard is spacious, enfenced and features a patio set with chairs and a Weber charcoal grill. The Blue Butterfly II accommodates parking for six. Water chemistry checks are done on the pool between 9am and 10am a few times a week. Other things to note Please be respectful of our neighbors and community and please do not park in front of other people's homes. We expect the home to be in relatively the same condition as check-in minus the slept in beds and used towels. All food and garbage is to be thrown out in trash cans. Furniture and other items are to be returned in their original spots within the home.
