Other things to note Outside guests are not allowed on the property due to liability reasons and safety and security of other residents unless pre-approved. No overnight guests allowed other than the guests approved for the duration of the stay. There is no smoking on the property. Please do not litter or leave your cigarette butts in the parking lot. Thank you for helping to keep our home and neighborhood clean. There is no street parking, vehicles must be parked in the guest parking lot ONLY. All garbage must be bagged and put in the Grey bin. The Blue bin is for clean recyclables, no plastic bags or lids. Follow the listed items posted on the inside of the cabinet above the sink. King County is strict on their recycling. Do not put anything in the Green bin besides food waste or pizza boxes. Violation of house rules may result in the current stay to be terminated or fines. Please respect our home and enjoy your stay.
