There is also a futon w/ a nice mattress in kitchenette area. We have a fully stocked kitchenette w/ Keurig, pots & pans, grill w/ cooktop, etc. An outdoor shower to wash off all the fun, along w/ an outdoor bathroom. It is located on a 5 acre gated property completely fenced in. This is a cute and compact space and absolute bliss for the outdoor enthusiast with a dog(s). A good note is we have just a curtain that separates the bedroom/bathroom combo space from the kitchenette area with futon for additional sleeping space. Close quarters indeed, but an awesome hang-out adventure. Please note we do have two other rental units on this property, so be prepared with a leash for your dogs, should other guests be staying on the property at the same time. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in and an additional fee may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL.
