Come enjoy a private pond, sand volleyball, bbq'n, horse shoes, corn hole, etc. Our unit sleeps 4. One bedroom queen w/ bathroom within queen bed sleeping quarters. There is also a futon w/ a nice mattress in kitchenette area. We have a fully stocked kitchenette w/ Keurig, pots & pans, grill w/ cooktop, etc. An outdoor shower to wash off all the fun, along w/ an outdoor bathroom. It is located on a 5 acre gated property completely fenced in. We recently screened in the porch too! The space This is a cute and compact space and absolute bliss for the outdoor enthusiast with a dog(s). A good note is we have just a curtain that separates the bedroom/bathroom combo space from the kitchenette area with futon for additional sleeping space. Close quarters indeed, but an awesome hang-out adventure. Guest access Please note we do have two other rental units on this property, so be prepared with a leash for your dogs, should other guests be staying on the property at the same time. If you are planning a social gathering during your stay with us, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do still require notification and approval prior to check-in and a DAY PASS Fee per person may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering. DAY PASS Fee per person is: $10 children 14 and under / $15 adults. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL for anyone on premises other than guests disclosed and paid for via reservation. LATE CHECK-OUT options available at three different levels: Until 12 noon at no charge Until 2pm @ $45_Until 6pm @ $75. * If a LATE CHECK-OUT is desired, please connect with Host, Roy, via text or call for approval, so we may confirm it will not conflict with any other guests checking in or housekeeping.
