Enjoy nice Florida weather and have best time in this newly and completely renovated 4/2 pool/TIKI bar house with a huge fenced in backyard! We have lounge chairs, hammocks and kayaks for your use! The house is set up to make your vacation relaxing and full of fun. Just bring your swimsuit! The space This beachy house is waiting for you, it is clean and welcoming. Perfect for those who wants to explore Tampa Bay area and Gulf of Mexico, spend some time at the beach or just relax by the pool. Close to grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants. Spend the best time indoor: Open floor plan, dining area has sliding glass doors that opens to the patio, flat screen TVs, FiberOptic 500/500 Mbps internet, comfortable living room lounge, kitchen with an island, dining area, different size beds for everyone's needs, bath tub, walk in shower, walk in closet, tile floor. Meals and memories are made here: kitchen is fully equipped and has an island with seating, granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, dishwasher, a window with a nice view to the pool area, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, silverware. Have fun outside: pool with colorful LED light, TIKI bar, huge fenced in backyard, outside shower, screened and fully furnished patio, beach towels, lounge chairs. Fire pit and BBQ grill is also for your use! Two nicely set hammocks are for your use too! Also, we have 4 kayaks, grab them and go to Robinson preserve,which is just a couple miles from the house! House is set up for your needs: free wifi, washer and dryer, central heat and A/C, different size beds, ceiling fans, linens, towels, toiletries. Plenty of space to park 5 cars. No parking on the grass or on the street (max 5 cars in the driveway) Guest access The entire house, backyard and private pool is for guests to enjoy. Other things to note Pets are permitted with prior approval from the host. There is a non refundable $100 pet fee. Visitors and extra guests (might be an extra fee) with prior approval from the host only.
