Book for the entire 2025/2026 season! - The Village at Camelback is centrally located in the Poconos - Slopeside to Camelback Ski Area (Cluster 6 adjacent to Laurel Glade trail), CamelBeach and Camelback Mountain Adventures, avoid crowded resort parking! - Entertainment system with BOSE speakers and Roku streaming - Enjoy the amenities at the Clubhouse (pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball, pickle ball, tennis) - Air conditioning- split units - Washer/dryer - Flexible check-in check-out (inquire) The space - Spacious living room with entertainment system - 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bath triplex - Sleeps 10 on 7 beds (see bed configuration - DO NOT DO NOT exceed the capacity of the house.) - Complete set of cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, mugs, and flatware for 10 guests. Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, Keurig, French press, blender, toaster oven, and microwave. - Tastefully appointed with mid-century modern furniture - Wood burning stove - Ski closet accessible from the exterior to store your skis/snowboards - Convenient loading / unloading (lot level- see map) Guest access The amenities of The Village at Camelback are available to guests. The rear deck has a propane barbecue grill (charcoal not allowed) for guests to use and a seating area. Note: we try our best to have the following for our guests - propane, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, fire wood, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets. Other things to note The slopes are a few steps away or ski (if full snow cover) from the townhouse. ** Be sure of your skiing abilities before entering the ski trail from the house. You will be on a green trail and require to use a ski lift to get back to the house. ** If rental equipment is required, acquire your gear from one of the retailers on Camelback Road and bring the gear to the house for the best ski in/out experience. Avoid the busy rental facility at the mountain. Take a dip in the pool and hot tub after a day of skiing. Or extend your day skiing with Camelback Mountain's night skiing. We're located next to Aquatopia Indoor Water Park for all day fun - climbing wall, arcade, mini bowling, laser tag, mini golf, and more! (Waterpark is not included- inquire with host for ways to access the waterpark) The in-home entertainment system includes a flat screen TV with Roku streaming for your customized entertainment and a Bluray DVD player with apps. Stream video or audio from your iOS or Android device for media that you already have access to like Netflix. The TV is connected to an integrated audiophile amplifier and Bose speakers for great music and home theater sound. Please be considerate and keep volume down after 10 PM. Master bedroom has a flat screen TV with a Chromecast. Bring your own game console and enjoy the home entertainment when indoors. Clean linens are provided or guests may choose to bring their own. Please use pillowcases, fitted sheets on the mattress and flat sheet under blanket/comforters. Please be 21 years of age and over to book.
