Stay in a restored historic district Arts and Crafts style house, steps away from the picturesque Vassar College campus. There are stores, markets, parks and gourmet restaurants within an easy walking distance. The bike trail to the walkway over the Hudson is within a mile. Great launch spot for hiking, biking, walking the historic district or visiting local colleges. The house has a porch, a sunny deck and an enclosed yard. Well lit, with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and living areas. The space The guests have the full house to themselves. Gorgeous living/dining area opening onto a sunny deck. Bedrooms are upstairs. Full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Seating on porch and deck. Laundry is in the cellar. Guest access Main entry is from the front porch with keypad code access. Parking is in the front and two designated parking spots in the rear accessed by a shared driveway. Must not block the neighbors driveway. Other things to note Keypad code will be given upon booking. Patio door locking system explanation is by the door. Please follow carefully and do not use excessive force with the door. AC window unit will cool the house but will take a little time if the house has been unoccupied for a while. There remote is on the window sill. There are fans in every room. The thermostat in the living room is for heating alone. Please turn off the AC and all lights when checking out.
