This dog-friendly 2 Bedroom (4 adults / 5 if you BYO-bedding) Sea Ranch home has a beautifully furnished open floor plan with full kitchen, dining areas that includes entertainment (stereo, TV, Wi-Fi). Dedicated office off Primary Bedroom Suite. Hot Desk off of Guest Bedroom. Private 15 min walk to beach. Hot tub overlooking ocean. Enjoy shared pool and tennis at one of three nearby rec centers. The space Relax, Rebalance and Rejuvenate yourself with inescapable panoramic ocean views while seated peacefully on upper and lower decks of this beautiful home surrounded in natural secluded setting of trees and water, and a variety of wildlife. From every room, a truly epic and tranquil experience: silence and waves crashing, warm sun peaking through a unique micro-climate like no other; the foremost attraction of Seaward Bliss. In warmer months comfortably sleeps 5, as the sofa sleeper is located in Sun Room. In cooler months, 4 is ideal. 5th guests requires that you bring your own bedding. Infants younger than 2 years of age do not count. What's nearby: Walk directly down to Pebble Beach from the house via your own private trail on hill/meadow overlooking the ocean views. 10 minutes East will take you into Annapolis, where there is a winery. A short drive north is the iconic Sea Ranch Chapel followed by the charming town of Gualala for shops, galleries, and grocery stores. Things to know: * Free, sturdy/reliable data WiFi speeds * Apple TV loaded w Apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc) you are free to log into your account for these apps * Full kitchen (pots and pans, salt and pepper and spices). BRING YOUR OWN COOKING OIL(s) * Dog-friendly (dog fee added at time of booking). Sea Ranch HOA mandates you pick up after your dog. You will be charged for droppings found following your stay if not. * Hot Tub overlooking ocean (BRING YOUR OWN SPA TOWELS, bath towels only provided) * Security Camera Outdoors only (pls see details in Additional Rules) - to manage packages, maintenance, garbage, safety/security of guests and home and to ensure general house rules are respected. * Garbage Rules include ensuring wildlife does not get into bins and garbage is put out my 7AM Monday (pickup). * "Quiet Hours" Ordinance Rule: No Noise outside between the hours of 8PM-7AM or a warning will be issued by the Sea Ranch HOA Security. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire Property, which is secluded and completely private. Other things to note EV CHARGING: We do NOT have an EV Charging outlet available for use by guests but there are charging stations available 5 mins away at the Lodge and at Sea Ranch Supply Hardware. Please refrain from running an extension cord inside as this is an Insurance Liability to the home. CHILDREN/TODDLERS: Our home is likely NOT the most suitable for toddlers, given the amount of Art Objects present. In order to avoid damages to the home which will be charged to you, please do not allow small children to be unsupervised. No jumping on furniture or poofs or riding Ram footstool (located in queen bedroom) please. Kindly refrain from allowing them to use markers, pens, crayons unless they are fully under your supervision. We encourage games or interactive forms of entertainment that do not involve permanent markers. :) Also kindly ensure children do not move Art pieces around, as some pieces perform an important function (ie stabilize lamp bases)😊. If you feel the need to move anything around in order to baby-proof the home, please put it back as you found it when checking out. Thank you. BRING YOUR OWN SPA TOWELS, as indicated in the Listing (there is not enough time between guests to accommodate extra laundry and we have no way of anticipating which Guests will be using the Hot Tub and which will not). Also, water conservation is an HOA incentive. Bath Towels are provided. DOG FEE: pet fee will need to be collected prior to arrival based on reservation days. 3 days minimum charged at time if booking. SECURITY CAMERAS: Cameras are present OUTSIDE ONLY (due to extensive outdoor perimeter there are 5 Cameras). PLEASE NOTE: if you see the light go on it’s the motion sensor (automatic). It does not mean that you are being watched (we too have lives).
