Stucco Private residence for your upcoming gathering or to bring your team for your next event at Scrap Yard Sports The space This house is great for large families in the area for weddings, reunions, etc. There are no outdoor activities or entertainment options at this home. However, there are two TV's which have many streaming capabilities including Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, etc. Guest access You will have access to the entire home minus the closet that is off the living room. We have equipment in there and may need to get into that area on occasion. Other things to note ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION ----------------------------- Be sure you and your guests are considerate of this home. Loud parties, irresponsible drinking, or under-age drinking are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule is rounds for early eviction, loss of security deposit, and a poor review. ----------------------------- Arrival Check-List 1.Check-in is at 4:00pm: Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 4:00pm so we can schedule your arrival accordingly with housekeeping. 2.Parking: Parking is available only on the paved driveway area, nowhere else on property. 3.Entrance: Your door codes will be provided on the day of arrival once the house has been inspected. You may NOT remove the entrance gate clicker for any reason. The gate will swing away from your car when you are entering and when you are exiting it will open towards your car. When you are exiting, press the garage remote from the house or simply drive up to the closed gate with enough room and it will open automatically and close once you are through. 4.Refrigerator: Please do not adjust temperature as it is set on its recommended setting. You must throw away any perishable items before you leave and if you will to leave any items behind (water, oatmeal packets, etc.) please let us know so our housekeeping is aware. 5.Perform Walk-thru Inspection: We ask that you do a walk-thru, to look for visible, obvious damage. If you see significant damage other than normal wear, please contact us immediately when you arrive so we will know the damage was done prior to your arrival. If you don’t reach us, please leave a voice mail and be sure to say the property 6.Doors: AT ALL TIMES and when DEPARTING do not leave exterior door open longer than 1-minute to prevent bugs from entering, our A/C units from exhausting, and other unwanted visitors. When you depart, ensure all doors are SHUT and LOCKED. ----------------------------- Departure Check-List 1.Check-Out is at 10:00am: Text us if you depart earlier so we can get a head start on cleaning. If you call, please leave a voice mail or text and be sure to identify the house you were staying in. 2.Please wash and put away dishes and cooking items. Load and start the dish washer if necessary. 3.Please sweep up any crumbs, dirt, debris you may have left behind during your stay. 4.Do not remove bed linens or make the beds. Housekeeping will do that. 5.Place all used towels on the floor in the laundry room. Do NOT start towels unless they will be in the dryer and finished before you leave. DO NOT leave anything in the washer machines. 6.As you leave, set thermostats to their original settings when you arrived. 7.Make absolute certain, all doors are closed and locked leading to the outside of the house. 8.Bag all garbage and place in the trash cans provided and leave outside of front door. ----------------------------- Robinson Housing Agreement •Guest shall allow owners and staff of the house access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. •Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or around the property. •This home is privately owned, the homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. By signing this form, it is agreed that all guests expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises including inside the house, outside the house, in and around the pool area. •Keep the property and all furnishing in good order. Only use appliances for their intended purpose. •When you are leaving the property, you MUST lock all doors and ensure gates/garage doors are shut to prevent any potential intruders or injuries. •YOU MUST LEAVE THE GATE REMOTE IN THE HOUSE AT ALL TIMES. •Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines and towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. •There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not. You are welcome to use the washers and dryers and detergents provided. •We are not responsible for any damages due to improper or unsafe use of entrance gate to house. •No outside fires or fireworks allowed. •Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm, out of respect for your neighbors.
