Completely renovated, beautiful, private lower level 2 bed/1 bath apt with separate entrance, fully stocked kitchen, living/dining room, full sized washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet access in peaceful west Denver. Self-check in with keypad access! 11 minutes to Red Rocks, 17 minutes to downtown! Hiking/biking trails within 5 minutes! Skiing/Snowboarding at Loveland ski resort is just 45 min away, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin just 20 minutes further! Thermostat adjusting via alexa! The space Private 850 sq ft down stairs apt in a quiet residential neighborhood with private entrance and street parking. Enter via split pad stairwell (4-steps down – landing pad and 4 steps) into the Apartment and self- check-in with keypad access. There is a deadbolt which there is no key for, if you want added security, although the neighborhood is super safe! -- KEY RESIDENCE FEATURES -- * NEW as of 2/28/26 If you aren't comfortable with the default thermostat setting You may change the temperature with the Alexa Echo Dot in the living room. The Alexa is for thermostat adjustment and you may ask her questions about the apartment, do not reprogram Alexa. You may unplug the back of Alexa to turn unit off. Your cozy, beautifully decorated and updated peaceful home away from home awaits! You'll find everything you need to enjoy a restful stay. The bedrooms feature queen sized mattresses, nice linens and plenty of closet/storage space. The front door entrance is into the large Master Suite. Based on guest feedback: Upgraded blackout curtains and a Roman shade added to cover the door window for a more restful sleep. (April 2024) The bathroom has a gorgeous shower and includes all the essentials: shampoo/body wash, conditioner, lotion, towels/washcloths, hair dryer and starter TP. Prepare meals in the kitchen that is fully stocked with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, drip coffee maker/ French press, filtered water, crock pot, blender and cooking utensils! 2-3 loads of laundry (Wash and dry) per 7 days are included for 7 day or longer stays, 2 soap pods provided for your first 2 washes . If you need more than 3 loads laundry per week, please leave $5 per load. There is a very large, super comfy sectional sofa and TV in the living room and one of the bedrooms also has a TV. You will have wireless high-speed internet access and the two TV's have ROKU where you can stream channels with ROKU/Pluto apps or use your amazon/Netflix account to watch movies. Upgraded modem/router and superfast wifi! A new hedge was just planted next to the comfortable outdoor seating bench area where you can listen to the birds or read a book. This is a green home, Recycling provided. -- POLICIES -- - Medical equipment must be returned to the vendor PRIOR to your departure,. No pressurized tanks of any kind, no illegal drugs on the property, no smoking inside the home (you may smoke outside, dispose of butts in a small plastic bottle with water) . $250 fine for violation. - You may bring one small dog (under 15 pounds), so long as he/she is potty trained, will not be left alone in the property and the waste is bagged and disposed of, pet cleaning fee $100. Please no paws on the white bedding or furniture. Thank you! No cats. - This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. :) This just means no loud music/yelling et, but please watch movies, cook, enjoy life, this does not mean silence, just quiet enjoyment, I follow the same policy so as to not disturb you :) - Please note the property is not suitable for mobility-impaired or children under age 12. - No additional people or pets permitted inside the home, only registered guests are permitted, without prior authorization. We charge $15 per person per night for additional guests on the listing. -The exterior of the property is monitored with a security camera system. There are NO cameras inside the apartment. There is an Alexa echo dot in the living room to adjust the thermostat, unplug the back of the unit to turn off. Do not reprogram Alexa. - No parties or events. - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Length of stay discount will be reflected in booking price, no additional discounts offered. Guest access Self-check-in with key pad entry. The entire space is for your use only! Park on the street beside the reflectors along the sidewalk path to your entrance. The entrance is separate, there are 4 steps a landing pad and 4 steps. Other things to note - I live in the completely separate up-stairs, however the home is well insulated, I and any guest, are very quiet professionals, there are no children above and we don't wear shoes in the house so noise should never be an issue! Loud voices can carry through ductwork as the entire home is on one AC system, If you are a very light sleeper, I recommend Hearos Xtreme blue earplugs (on amazon). I also proved sound machines in the bedrooms. -The home is one AC system and temps are kept at 70, There are extra blankets and fans in the bedroom closets. you may open or close vents the vents that are higher up on the walls, open/close windows as needed, If you are ever uncomfortable there is now as of (2/28/26) an echo dot Alexa in the living room for thermostat adjustment only, do not reprogram Alexa, unplug unit to turn her off. - No additional discounts -There is no backyard access, there is a comfortable seating bench area outside the apartment and there is a park with in a 5-minute walk, others just a few minutes further, and the neighborhood is super safe to go for a stroll. Numerous hiking and biking trails are just around the corner. If you are coming to stay during snowy months (October to May), please make sure to rent an all-wheel drive vehicle. --FEES-- Excess cleaning is billed at $40 per hour by the cleaning company.
