Bright & Modern 2bdrm House In Kenton Neighborhood

This 1,000 square feet, bight, newer and spacious house is located in the quiet historic Kenton Neighborhood. Two bright & spacious rooms with one bathroom comfortably sleep for 4. FREE parking on-premise. The house is 7 miles to downtown and 8miles to PDX, 10-minute drive to Alberta and Mississippi district, 5-min walk to the bus stop and 12-min walk to the Max Transit Yellow line Kenton/N. Denver station. Cafés, bars & great restaurants (with outdoor seating) & organic grocery stores nearby! The space A perfect vacation rental for business, family or friends of 4! You have the whole house for your own and your company. The house has 2 real beds. Every room equips with a firm plush queen mattress, firm pillows, closets, 100% crisp combed cotton bedsheets, bedside table, luggage rack, high ceiling, lots of windows. The bedrooms have a writing desk, desk chair, desk lamp, and full-length dressing mirror. Each room has a fan and space heater for extra personal comfort. The washer and dryer are for long-term rental only. The house was built in 2003. It has the new house feel to it--fresh and bright!! The train track is about 1/2 mile from the house. The train needs to ring the horn at night when it passes through the city. Sometimes it rings several times a night. Sometimes none. The horn does not bother 95% of my guests. I have 900+ close to 5-star reviews on my profile for all my listings combine.  However, If you are sensitive to sound or are a light sleeper, you will hear the horn. I would recommend that you don’t book with me.  When I am in town, I Airbnb two of my rooms in the house year-round. Occasionally, I rent the entire house out via Airbnb. When I Airbnb the entire house, there will be a few of my personal belonging in the house during your stay. Guest access The kitchen is for simple food preparations only. Please no heavy cooking, such as pan-frying, deep-frying, roasting & baking, etc. Please clean up after using the kitchen. The most efficient way to communicate with me is via Airbnb messages. I am on work video call most of the day and won't be able to answer the phone. If you have an urgent or non-urgent message for me, send me a message via Airbnb, I will be able to reply in short messages even if I am on a video call. Other things to note The house is a scent-free environment. I provide natural cleaning products for my guests, such as Dr. Brooner’s liquid soap and Mrs. Meyer’s soap, etc. It is great for face, body and hair cleansing.
