Centrally located to many beaches • Pensacola Beach is 18 miles, named Casino beach it offers restaurants, shopping, the pier, the boardwalk as well as many excursions. Be sure to enjoy the free Trolly on Pensacola Beach! • Johnson Beach 8 miles -low key, very relaxing • Beaches of Perdido Key 10 miles • FloraBama and Orange Beach. Both of which are just amazing a lot of touristy things shopping restaurants that kind of stuff. Easy to drive to, we have people who stay here and enjoy the drive along the coastline. Guest access You have full access to closets in each bedroom where you will find: • board games • cards • pack n play • extra blankets You have no access to: • garage • housekeeping closet in laundry room • housekeeping closet in hall Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: • Guests with no reviews or negative reviews if approved to book may be asked for a refundable security deposit. • We love our housekeeper and you will too when you check in you'll see why we trust her judgement, everything will be clean and tidy. At check out, the housekeeper will go through and look over the home, check for damage or missing items, if you leave everything in good condition, your security deposit will be fully refunded. However, if you do not, it is completely up to housekeeping as to what is missing, damaged or if additional housekeeping is needed. All damages will be documented and you will receive info and the balance left. This is not negotiable, you agree by renting this home, and paying the security deposit that we will refund what you are due. There is no disputing it. After you pay for your stay through Airbnb, we will send a request for the security deposit, to which you will have to pay prior to arrival. If you do not pay it, you will not have access to the house. Thank you for understanding that is the way to help us ensure that the home will be taken care of and available for the next guest with no damages. Please review the house rules, so you know what is expected, in short, it's basically this: • no smoking of anything inside • smoking and vaping allowed outside • no pets • parking is limited to one car in the driveway and one in the street • no parking on the grass because we have a sprinkler system.
