Guest access You will be able to access whole apartment from the front door as well as from the back door. We will be providing you with access code upon making reservation. Other things to note Please note that our property offers seven (7) Free Parking spaces based upon availability for ten (10) unit apartment. They are located on the East Side (5 parking spaces) and on the West Side (2 parking spaces). In order to park on these spaces, please request from us a Parking Decal to be placed in your car (please note that if you lose parking decal, there will be non-refundable $100 charge). You can also park for free (without parking decal) on the street in front of the building (18th street). Please don’t park on Accessible Parking spaces marked in Blue.
