Live as our theatre artists do! This unit normally serves as artist housing for visiting professional actors, directors and designers. Clean, comfortable housing just minutes from vibrant downtown Sarasota. The unit is great for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome in our home. The space This duplex normally houses actors from all over the country who come to Sarasota to perform at a live, professional theatre, but it's available now! Not only will you have a clean, comfortable place to rest in between adventures, but guests who stay 8 nights or more will also receive, based on availability, a pair of complimentary theatre tickets! By Florida law, we are required to pay a 7% sales tax and a 5% tourist tax on each stay. Minimum nights to rent is 8 nights per the City of Sarasota Zoning Code. All guests must send a reservation request. Instant booking is not available. Guest access You'll have access to the entire space, as well as wireless internet and cable TV. No smoking.
