Our home has a 300 square foot screened in porch and a 450 square foot dock with southern exposure to watch the sunrise and sunsets . The Marco Island shopping and beaches are 5 miles away. The space Our waterfront home has two bedrooms, both with private entrances, 2 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, it also has stone and hardwood floors, laundry facilities, vaulted ceilings, a large screened in porch, a private dock with gas BBQ grill and parking for boats and trailers and plug in for motor homes. Guest access The property is on a paved street in Goodland, Florida. The property can be also be accessed from the Gulf of Mexico. The property has ample parking for boats , RVs, and other vehicles. It is legal to drive golf carts on the streets in Goodland so, if you have one, bring it. Or, rent one in Marco Island. Other things to note Goodland is an excellent base for outdoor adventures. Rent a boat from Calusa Island Marina and explore the islands and beaches at your own pace. Or, enjoy one of many tours that are walking distance from our property. Bring your own kayaks or rent one and enjoy your own private fishing trip or exploration of the islands. Finally, we are five miles from Marco Beach with its white sand beach, tiki bars, and open air restaurants.
