The top level provides the kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room in the back. The lower level (ground floor) provides two bedrooms, a 2nd living room, a 3/4 bath with stand up shower, and the laundry area. Guest access The property provides 3-4 off-street parking spaces directly in front of the house. Other things to note IMPORTANT - We require all guests looking to book a reservation with us to have at least one review of 4.5 stars or greater, and no reviews below 4.0. Also please note cable tv is not provided. High speed internet is available and guests have always used streaming services like Netflix and HBO. We do provide an HD antenna as well.
