Just a short walk from the water (2 min, not lakefront). Crystal lake is 5.3 miles. There is an access site you can anchor a boat at for the day (anchor, no dock or land, but you can anchor in the water and walk back to the cottage), the beach is 1/2 mile away, and raceway is 1 mile away. Large double lot is shared with the Seahorse Cottage on the 2ND lot and a shared firepit. If you have a ranger or golf cart with orv stickers they are legal. Sometimes delivery is available upon request. The space Can sleep up to 8 people with a maximum of 5 adults. It is a CAMPER, NOT A HOUSE, which means shower and toilets are a little different. You have to shut water off while soaping up in the shower or you will run out of hot water. If you are not using the hot water, you need to turn off the tank or the sensor will shut it off and it can fry the heater. Hot water runs on propane, you may need to change tanks. I will show you or walk you through how to use the water heater, shower, toilet and release the sewer tank. Queen size bed and 2 bunk beds come with bedding on them. Extra sheets and blankets provided for sofa and table beds. 8 pillows included. Sofa bed can sleep 1 adult or 2 small bodies, table bed can sleep 1 adult or 2 small bodies. Only a small person can sleep in top bunk, but anyone can sleep on bottom bunk. 8 sets of bath towels and hand towels. Toilet paper supplied. Stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, silverware/knifes, pots and pans, coffee pot, cleaning supplies, dishes, dish towels. TV, firestick and DVD player provided(bring your own DVDs). 4 camp chairs included. Guest access Just a short walk from the water (2 min, not lakefront). There is an access site just around the corner that you can anchor a boat at for the day or swim. ANCHOR FOR THE DAY ONLY. YOU CAN'T PARK or LEAVE ITEMS on land. it's deeded lake access only, not rights to any property or dock. Other things to note We can do some camper deliveries. Just send me an inquiry of the location you would like the camper delivered and I'll let you know if it's possible and if so a price. There's a TV, firestick and DVD player (need your own DVDs).
