This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in a short driving distance to freeway 101, a shopping mall, many local restaurants, convenience stores, movie theater. Malibu and Ventura beaches. There are also parks and hiking trails nearby. The house has a pleasant backyard and it is very private. Currently, I am still renting the whole house as one unit. At present the parking is outside by the house. No pets ( but may consider with a fee if it is necessary) and no smoking. The space This is a split-level house with a master and two other bedrooms upstairs.The size of the house is roomy in all areas including the backyard. There are four bedrooms in the house. The master bedroom with private bath and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the upper level. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level share a bathroom with the guests in the family room. There is one large TV in the family for everybody's viewing. The kitchen has a breakfast area on the same level as the formal dinning room and living rooms. There are 3,4 steps to go down to the front door and about 13 steps to go up to the bedrooms and also 3 steps to go down to the family room and the 4th bedroom. And the sliding glass door in the family room leads to the backyard. Guest access Guests who stay in different bedrooms can share the living room, family room, study, and resting area next to the living room also using the kitchen for reasonable cooking. Currently, the parking garage is not available to have the car to park inside but there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the garage door of the house, also curbside parking is also available. Other things to note Minimum 4 people, all adults or a mix of adults and children, family members. Maximum 8 people as there are four bedrooms and each bedroom can sleep two people. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds, two of the bedrooms have a full-size bed and the master bedroom has a queen-size bed. Preferred each stay is one-week minimum. For 30 days or beyond stay, guests pay for electricity, gas, and water bill. guest will receive a copy of the bill for their payment. A security deposit in advance is required in case the bill has not arrived when the guests vacate the property. Long-term stay guests will need to take care of house chores by taking the garbage bins outside to the curbside each Tuesday evening for the trash truck to pick up on Wednesday. And there will have no towels changed during the long-term stay unless it is necessary. Guests are welcome to ask for additional linens and towl supply when needed. The laundry facility are provided inside the house for cleaning the change purpose. Only members included in the booking should stay, any other guest stat will have to get consent from the property owner and any damage caused by the extra guest should be responsible by the booking party.
