WEST RM | Historic La Vita House @ UA

La Vita House is a quick walk to Main Gate Square @UA, Pima College, and downtown Tucson. Built in 1901, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Renovated in 2006, the house provides a detached library (400 ft2), laundry facilities, three patio areas (6000 ft2), and a balcony overlooking UA MT. The Attic space has a galley kitchen and living room (800 ft2) with eight bedrooms and two bathrooms. The atmosphere is mostly a diverse student population.
