The Main floor features granite tile and hardwood floors with radiant heat, spacious fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare meals - including handful of basics items and spices, a Hearth Stone stove surrounded by cozy seating, laundry room, full bathroom and a bedroom with a single bed, closet, tile floors, and a piano. Top floor features two cozy bedrooms with granite tile and hardwood floors. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath which includes a Jacuzzi tub, along with stunning waterfront views and Groton State Forest. Second bedroom has a queen and trundle bunkbed perfect for kids along with a private half bath, walk-in closet, and hardwood floors. Hallway has a walk-in closet. Bottom floor features a carpeted bedroom with two full size beds, waterfront views and a living room with TV & DVD player. **there is NO CABLE provided, the TV ONLY works for DVD's. DVD's, board games, puzzles, space for yoga, or a great space to grab a book for some quiet time. Guests have the use of the deck with patio dining set, gas and charcoal grill for BBQing, fire pit, three kayaks, a canoe, rowboat and snowshoes to explore the water, a (size) dock, lawn chairs, and lawn space to enjoy the beauty around you. There is no parking available in the garage, this place is off limits to guests except to deposit trash, recycling, returnables , and as an emergency exit. Our neighbors are a mix of seasonal and full-time residents with 80 properties spread across 3 miles. Peacham Pond is a motorized body of water with a public boat launch located a quarter mile away and offers a public waterski course. The pond is stocked with brown trout and available to anglers from May-Oct then again mid-Jan to March. Please see Vermont Fish & Wildlife for regulations.
