The house has four bathrooms and six parking spaces in the driveway with available street parking as well. -The house comfortably fits 8 adults and up to 4 children. -There is a family room/game table with a sectional and play area with tons of toys for kids and puzzles/games. -The studio has a game/workspace with a large television and a sleeper sofa. -Collaborate with ease using our large format smart TV’s Chromecast/airplay technology. Sonos is also set up. -The fully equipped kitchen makes organizing meals a snap. -Overnight retreat/vacation options are available as well as day-long meetings reservations. This exceptional space is less than an hour from DC, Tysons, and Baltimore. There is plenty of space for relaxing on one of the many decks all with water views. Kids will have a blast with all the lawn games and there is even a light-up zip line! - Hot tub - Firepit -Walking distance is Mayo beach and our favorite beach/nature park for trail walking and swimming (Beverly Triton) is a 3-minute drive. Guest access You have full access to the property with the exception of owner closets - which are locked. There are a few kitchen shelves set aside for owner items but otherwise enjoy the home. We will email directions on using the space the night before your check in. This will include codes/access/eateries/beach information and all details on enjoying the house! Other things to note The house is set up nicely for family gatherings or even a couples weekend. There are great spaces for cooking and entertaining. The outdoor decks can seat up to 18 for dinner over two tables. There is flex seating as well. We also have a folding table. There are toys for toddlers and lawn games including croquet, frisbees, can jam, simple baby pool and more fun stuff. Board games and lots of puzzles will keep the whole family happy.
