It is a short walk to the Resort's beautiful Private Access Beach & largest outdoor pool on the Island Recently updated Villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, Coffee Bar with Keurig, 3 Wall Mounted Smart TV's Hi Speed Wifi. HHI STR Permit #072222 The space You're only steps to the Resort Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Playground, Picnic Area & Charcoal Grills. On-site bike rentals will allow you the opportunity to explore the Island and enjoy the scenery offered on the many bike/walking trails. Resort has 3 on-site restaurants with one across from the pool on your way to the beach which offers food, drinks and ice cream. Resort includes 24 hour manned security and on-site maintenance. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive or Trolley ride from the resort. The Island also has its own Outlet Mall just a 15 minute drive away. A porta-crib is located in the unit but linens for the crib are not supplied Guest access Guests have full access to the entire condo and all resort amenities. Beach gear such as chairs, umbrella and beach wagon are provided. Other things to note This a a 3rd floor unit with a peek of the ocean from the balcony. There are no elevators in this building so you must be able to climb stairs. There are no laundry facilities in the unit nor in the building but are located near the gym and are within walking distance. Due to resort safety concerns E-Bikes are not allowed on the property.
