Rent our beautiful 3 Bedroom farmhouse at Oxbow Brewing Company! Visit the tasting room to sample our assortment of farmhouse ales, or spend your time exploring the 18-acre property. The space Our farmhouse is located at Oxbow Brewing Company's Newcastle location. The farmhouse is a sunny passive solar and open concept home located on 18 acres. Enjoy the rustic charm of our location but with modern amenities such as full kitchen, full bathroom, and wireless internet. The farmhouse has an amazing deck to sit and enjoy views of the pond, woods and brewery. Visit the tasting room to sample our assortment of farmhouse ales, or spend your time among the gardens and honey bees. Or explore the old logging roads that wind through the property. Also, take note that this house allows pets as well as has a brewery cat that occasionally makes an appearance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire farmhouse which includes 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed as well as a full-sized futon in the living room. The kitchen has all the basics and sheets and towels are provided. Other things to note We are located about 10 minutes to Newcastle and Damariscotta town center where there are shops, restaurants and even a little theater. Please check in at the tasting room when you arrive, and we'll be able to greet you and orient you to the property - the road to the farmhouse can be a little challenging to find. If you arrive after hours, we can provide you with directions and leave the lights on! Once you're here, the beach is about a 30 minute drive and Damariscotta Lake is right down the road. We even welcome you to enjoy a dip in our spring fed pond!
