Our quaint urban farmhouse was built in 1890 and is a tri-plex. Your home will be all yours and includes a 3/4 bath, bedroom, kitchen and living room with laptop friendly workspace. Outside, it offers a covered front porch (with porch swing) and terrace with grill in the back. There are incredible views of Fisher's Peak and Trinidad both inside and out. Walk to restaurants, concerts, baseball games, trails and much more! Also features a new gel mattress and My Pillow pillows. Guest access we have a private parking lot around the back of the home Other things to note We are 420 friendly, but don't allow inside. (We really appreciate compliance with this as we have very sensitive elderly repeat guests) We offer a very nice private terrace in back plus a covered patio up front for smoking and leisure.
