The Foundry Loft is a 1500 square foot loft on the third story of a historic commercial building in Marionville Mo. We fully renovated the space last year and decorated in an industrial modern style. You will have full possession of the entire loft #2 which is accessed by a common stairwell on the southeast side of the building. The space has two giant bedrooms each with a private bathroom and a large great room with plenty space to relax and enjoy your stay. Flatscreen tvs in both bedrooms and the living room with roku so you can login to your subscription channels . Free high speed internet with wifi in the building. The full kitchen has pots, pans, dishes and silverware as well as a crock pot and blender so you can cook your own meals. You are also welcome to enjoy the front porch and yard to the south of the building. You have access to the front porch the yard to the north and the loft. You will be given door codes once your booking is confirmed. The loft is private however there are other full time residents in the other loft in the rear of the building. Please be respectful of their privacy and try to keep noise to a minimum especially coming and going very late or very early. If you need anything please contact us through the app! Alice Irenes Homestyle cafe is a short walk and you can grab a slice, or a whole homemade pie. There is a grocery market as well as a dollar general, Sonic drive in and a great Mexican restaurant directly across the street. Take a walk, or drive to the northwest, towards the center of town and keep your eyes open for the elusive white squirrels that Marionville is famous for. Less than a mile to the east you can drop in Murphys orchard and grab some fresh produce. Marionville is also home to one of the largest Powersports dealerships in southwest Missouri. There are antique stores in and around town. Crane creek conservation area is a short drive away and offers hiking, swimming and fishing in a private rural area. In the kitchen on the right hand side of the sink we have a collection of funky coffee mugs. See one you just must have? Take it with you! While you are out and about during your stay if you see a mug and want to leave it for other guests to enjoy that would be great!
