Emerald Shores Villa is a fully furnished, exquisite view vacation rental home with nearly 4,000 square feet to enjoy on your next vacation! The space Sleeping up to 15 guests, this home is perfect for multi-generational family vacations, large groups of family or friends, and even business retreats. Emerald Shores Villa is 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms with two king size beds, three queen size beds, and a “dorm room” on the lower level. Emerald Shores Villa has everything you could possibly desire in a vacation home, including a backyard paradise, a screened porch with a dining table that seats eight, a bar that can sit six people, two living areas, two fireplaces, a barbecue grill, nine TVs throughout the home, washer and dryer and much more! We also provide internet and cable access for our guests. With this vast array of space, and all of the above mentioned amenities, you can’t find a better place for your family and friends to vacation! Emerald Shores Villa is the perfect vacation home to make memories that will last a lifetime! Top 10 House Rules (Read Before Booking) 1. No Smoking Indoors – $250 fee for violations. 2. No Furniture Rearranging – $250 fee for violations. 3. Quiet Hours – 11 PM to 7 AM. 4. Check-in / Check-out – 4:00 PM / 10:00 AM. Unauthorized early/late = $100/hr. 5. Pet Rules – No pets allowed. No exceptions. $250 fee for violations. 6. Biohazard Cleaning Fee – $250 for bodily fluids on linens, furniture, or flooring; dispose of personal hygiene items in trash. 7. Septic System – Only toilet paper in toilet; no wipes, feminine products, grease, or food waste. 8. Registered Guests Only – No unapproved visitors; violations may cancel reservation without refund. 9. Parking – No street parking (city ordinance). 10. Pool/Hot Tub Rules (if applicable) – 9 AM–9 PM, no glass, supervise children. Full rules are provided in your booking confirmation. By booking, you agree to follow all house rules and fees. Other things to note ***High Chair and Play Pen available upon request. ***We offer complimentary guest passes to patrons staying at our two Bella Vista vacation rental homes. The guest passes allow our guests the ability to use the amenities provided by the P.O.A. such as the fitness facilities, swimming pools, boat rentals at the marina, and more. It takes the P.O.A. 7-10 days to approve, print, and mail the guest passes. We then leave the passes in your rental for you prior to your arrival. ***Important notes regarding Bella Vista P.O.A. guest passes: - We will ask for the names of the guests in your party once your rental reservation is confirmed at our property so we may apply for a guest pass for each guest. If you do not provide us with this information, or if your reservation is 10 or fewer days away at the time of booking, we cannot guarantee the guest passes will be available for your group. - The marina will not reserve a boat rental without a member card or guest pass. You won't be able to rent a boat until your arrival. The POA allows visitors with guest cards to use their own non-motorized and motorized boats on the lakes of Bella Vista. The boat(s) must be registered with the state of Arkansas. A temporary one week POA permit is issued at Lake Point Marina on Lake Loch Lomond. The Lake Rangers will come to your rental house to assess and register your boat(s). The cost for the one week permit is $17 for non-motorized vessels, and $82 for motorized. *Personal water crafts (jet skis, seadoos, etc.) are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Guests must follow all state & local laws regarding the operation and use of ATVs, UTVs, etc. The operation of ATVs/UTVs is prohibited on our properties, and in our neighborhoods. *Complimentary life jackets, kayaks, & paddle boats provided. Guests may rent fishing boats or pontoon boats after confirmed booking & upon availability.  ***The availability for an early check in is dependent upon whether the housekeeping team has had time to fully clean, sanitize, and prepare the home for your arrival. If other guests are checking out the same day your reservation begins, we cannot guarantee an early check in. Please notify us prior to the day of your arrival, and as soon as possible if you believe you will be requesting an early check in so we may prioritize housekeeping services at your rental.
