The Family Barn is a timeless, beautiful home.

This barn style house is nestled in the heart of quant Mendon, Utah. It has great mountain views and beautiful trees that surround the property. The house opens to a large great room with large picture windows perfect for entertaining large groups but cozy enough for smaller families. Please be aware there is an attached apartment with tenants not part of the rental. The space The house is spacious and open. Our city doesn’t allow our Airbnb to be rented out for wedding. There is a shared wall on the main level with an APARTMENT with tenants the doors are locked on both sides so you will have complete privacy. Please DO NOT use tenant’s porch without permission. The tenants are a retired couple, you may hear them from time to time or see them driving in/out the driveway. Guest access Our city has asked that we keep overnight parking to 4 cars. If you will have more than 4, please let us know so we can have you park elsewhere. Guest have access to front and back lawns. The driveway is big, long and wide and shared with tenant apartment. Other things to note There are absolutely no wedding events on our property. No big parties with guests coming and going. Don’t block the driveway so the tenants can drive in/out. Also, know that the property is not fenced in. The grassy areas are lined with trees, and in the front there is a steep drop off.
