Please keep in mind that this home is over a 100 years old and isn't a luxury hotel. My place is close to parks, restaurants and dining, the city center, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, and the ambiance. My place is good for families and big groups. We do allow dogs with a fee. No cats. While staying with us, you may make use of everything our home has to offer: Wifi, laundry, TV, cable, complimentary towels, bathroom essentials (soap/shampoo/makeup wipe) and more are at your disposal. We provide a three toilet paper rolls per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to get you started, you may want to pick up some more if you plan on spending lots of time or cooking at the house. You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. Free Parking is on the street but please pay attention to the street sweep signs so you don't get a ticket. There is also parking under the carport. Uber is very abundant in Savannah and is the best way to get to restaurants and tourist spots not in walking distance. We are close to several bars and restaurants within walking distance. City of Savannah boasts a multi-modal transportation system that can move downtown visitors by road and sea at no charge. Dot Shuttle: The dot Shuttle takes passengers to many of the cultural and historic points of interest downtown, as well to and from the city’s 5 public parking garages. Savannah Belles Passenger Ferry: These boats depart from Rousakis Plaza on River St. and provide ferry service between River Street and Hutchinson Island. Bicycles and strollers are welcome on board. We are a dog friendly home. 2 dogs maximum. We do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. We require a $150 non-refundable dog fee. If there is evidence of dog hair on the furniture, excess dog hair on towels and sheets, or stains, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. The house is over a hundred years old and sound does travel. If your dog likes to bark a lot this house is not for them. Please be considerate of the neighborhood and our neighbors.
