The space This lovely home in Mountain View consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms (1 on first floor, 2 on second floor) and 2.5 bathrooms, and a separate detached studio with a bathroom, kitchenette, and washer/dryer. Well-located nearby major companies, restaurants and shopping. Straight shot up Rengstorff Ave. to Go0gle's main campus. A block from Rengstorff park with public swimming, a skatepark, playground etc. Spend a day out at Shoreline park kayaking, sailing, rent paddles boats, walk the park, dine at the restaurants or pack a picnic lunch! Serenity Executive Rentals is a professional hosting company with multiple homes in the area. All of our homes are furnished and decorated to the same high standard. BEDS Room 1: Queen (downstairs), attached full bathroom with standing shower Room 2: Queen (upstairs) Room 3: 2 Twin/Single (upstairs) - room for a twin rollaway Room 4 (Studio): Queen Worthy of note is that there is a train that runs right by the home with some noise during the day and at night. While most guests are NOT bothered by it and enjoy their stays thoroughly, some guests who are more sensitive to noise may not appreciate it. We recommend those guests bring ear plugs for sleeping, or review some of our other homes in the area for some alternative options. ACCESS The home and studio are equipped with keyless combination locks for easy access. For added security, the code changes after every guest. KITCHENS The kitchens should be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels. BATHROOMS There should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms. LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are available in both the main house and the studio for guest use, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach. PARKING Guests may park anywhere in the driveway that works for their group. Street parking is also available, but please make note of any posted parking restrictions. ENTERTAINMENT The home and studio are equipped with hi-speed WiFi and an HD Smart TV. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming services accounts. HEATING/COOLING The home and studio are equipped with heat and AC. BARBECUE (BBQ) GRILL A barbecue (BBQ) grill is available for guest use. Guests are responsible for cleaning grill before and after use, and for providing charcoal if needed. We offer a clean and charcoal delivery service for $75 with 3 business days notice. EXTRA SERVICES/OPTIONS Pack-N-Play (PNP) available upon request with 3 business days notice. IMPORTANT: Guests should bring their own bedding for the PNP. Upon advance request and approval, we can arrange to have the following items added to your reservation for your stay. If this property is not a fit, contact us about our other homes. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the home and grounds. Other things to note ~~~~~BASE RATE PRICING~~~~~ We have a base rate and then extra guest fees over a particular number of guests. Please be sure to have the correct number of people in your search, so that you get accurate pricing from Airbnb. We do this so our pricing is more affordable for smaller groups as well. ~~~~~~No Third Party bookings~~~~~ Airbnb policies do not allow people to make a booking for other people unless they are staying in the home with them. quite often we get company admins who book for employees, but the admin is not staying. for Airbnb insurance to cover everybody we have to follow the Airbnb policy. so if you are an admin making a booking for fellow employees, you must also be on the guest list. The only exception is if your company has an Airbnb for Work account, not a personal account. ~~~~~~Airbnb ID Verified account~~~~~~~ or photo ID required for ALL adults who are entering the house ~~~~~~~GUESTS AND VISITORS~~~~~~~~~ Only registered guests are allowed to access the home--no gatherings, parties or events ~~~~~~SECURITY CAMERA~~~~~~ There is a camera at the entrance of the home. It is pointed towards the street and the approach to the house. It has sound and will be turned on during your stay. BOOKINGS CAN BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND FOR CERTAIN BREECHES IN HOUSE RULES BOOKING POLICIES * Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked. * No using fireplace(s) or burning anything inside or outside the home, including candles and incense. Doing so will result in $150 charge, plus any damages caused. * Do not move any of the furniture or décor. Extra charge of $250 applies for violation, plus any damages. * Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide. Not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home will result in $50 for each violation. * Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use will result in $75 charge per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 3 hours of our cleaners' time.) * Guests must return all keys, parking passes, garage remotes etc that were provided at the start of their stay, and will be charged for the cost of replacement if not returned. Cost varies depending upon the type of item, but ranges between $100 and $250.
