The space There are 2 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a large open space dining room and smaller living room area, a full kitchen, and even a separate bar room. There is a large Deck attached to the house which overlooks the historic D & H Canal and Delaware River. The river is our backyard. No need to cross a street, or get in your car to swim, boat, or fish. It is right here. This section of river is one of the best in the area--20+ feet deep and very gentle current. Guest access You'll have access to the apartment space, the deck, and over 5 acers of property, apple orchard, and hundreds of feet of of riverfront with 3 access points for boating, fishing and swimming. Other things to note This is one of 2 rental apartments on the property. Though, there is no connectivity between the rental units, and each has its own BBQ, deck, and outside space, other guests might be encountered outside. Please book here only of you agree to cordiality with other guests, and you don't mind co-existing. No indoor smoking is our policy. Also, we cannot be held responsible for things such as bad weather, area power outages, insects and pests, a bad day fishing, etc...
