Cozy Studio Apartment

Cozy little separate entrance studio in the basement of my house. Has a queen size memory foam bed, comfy large couch, bean bag, 73 inch screen tv, 2 seater table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and insta pot. Bathroom stocked with soap & shampoo mini bottles. Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties. The space You are welcome to use the large yard for anything, there is also a large park next door and many others in the neighborhood. Very suburban kid friendly place. There is no sink to wash dishes in, the insta pot has a variety of different cook options. Paper plates, plastic cups, & utensils will be provided. As well as tea and coffee.
