Conveniently located in a serene and quiet environment within Macassa region in Hamilton. It is a shared basement suite. The room is cozy and private. There is a Queen bed, in-room TV and a fridge. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for long stays. The bathroom has a shower. The location is great, within walking distance of Walmart, nice restaurants, and cafes. It is 7 minutes drive from Limeridge Mall and Mohawk College. Guests have access to our wi-fi and free parking The space It’s cosy Basement. Cosy and quiet! We have three rooms listed separately in our exquisite and dedicated basement. Each room is exclusively furnished with a queen-sized bed and several pillows, in-room TV, a refrigerator, a bedside drawer, Nightstand, and a mini closet. The 4 pc bathroom, laundry and living area, kitchenette are shared space. We have a microwave, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, hot plate, electric kettle, and extra heater for winter use. The parking lot can park up to 3 cars and there is street parking. Close to many amenities, shops, restaurants, and a short drive to downtown. Located in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood. Easy keypad entry when checking in. Guest access Laundry is only available to guests on a long stay (at least 7 days). And usable only by Saturday or sunday (and off peak period) During your stay Questions can be asked by messaging. Other things to note No smoking or vaping, hard or soft drugs anywhere on our property. We implore our guests to keep this house rule in mind. We observe quiet time by 11pm each night to enable guests to sleep soundly with no more conversations and minimal movement.
