The space Our home features a large eat in kitchen with exposed wood beams. Wake up and have your coffee on the large front porch with lots of seating. Rent includes all utilities and pool heating. Please note: This is not a PARTY HOUSE. House parties of a loud and destructive nature that may cause a nuisance to neighbors are not permitted. Noise level inside and while in the yard should be kept at a respectable level. Any disruptive and/or loud activities should end by 9:30 pm. NO MORE THAN 4 CARS are allowed on a driveway at any time.
