Refusal to complete this will result in cancellation. The space Seacrest 501 joins units A and B to create this beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit. It has been remodeled and updated, making it perfect for your next beachside vacation. Located on the 5th floor, this 1470 square foot condo can sleep up to 9 guests. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating for your family and friends to enjoy time together. Accessible via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room, master bedroom and the studio unit are two private balconies with sweeping views of the beach and plenty of comfortable polywood outdoor furniture. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and seats 6 with additional seating at the bar. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find upgraded appliances, both Keurig and standard coffee makers, dinnerware/glassware for adults and children, toaster, blender and lots of gadgets to make cooking (if you so choose!) a breeze. All three bathrooms offer make-up mirrors, and the master bedroom features a makeup table and mirror. Enjoy hours of fun and relaxation on the extraordinary sugar sand beach with free beach service (four chairs and two umbrellas) from March through October. You will love having your own designated spot every day! Just check in with the beach service provider down by the water. You will appreciate the convenience of two stackable washer/dryers after a fun-filled day of vacation adventures. For work or play, there is free high-speed Internet. Other things to note Occupancy includes all guests staying in the unit this includes children under 3. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
