Home Away From Home, Great for Snowbirds, sitting on 1 Acre. Home is Centrally located near Colorado River, close to Laughlin, Bullhead, & Lake Havasu. Take a trip to Oatman, see the old mining town. 2 bedroom, one with king, one with queen bed, 2 bathrooms, living and large kitchen with center island. The third bed is a Queen Air Mattress, which can sleep 2 children comfortably! The space Enjoy our home, a Minimum 2 nights, weekly or monthly rentals. Perfect for Snowbirds. The whole spacious house, large 1 acre corner lot. Has a King Bed, Queen Bed & 20” Queen Air mattress. Maximum guests 6 (six). Plenty of parking for your RV’s(no hookups allowed), boats & Off roads. Large concrete driveway. Friendly & quiet neighborhood. NO GARAGE Access at this time. Large metal building in far back. But Plenty of Parking, large circular driveway. Covered Breezeway available, to have covered parking. Centrally located near AVI Casino, Laughlin, Lake Havasu, Lake Mohave, Oatman , Topock 66, & Pirates Cove. Only 6 min to nearest launch ramp at Jack Smith Landing and easy access to 40 freeway. Discounts for weekly, monthly & 90 plus days Washer & Dryer, in a Tuff Shed in the backyard. Home water is on a WELL, sometime brownish, sulfur smell. There is free bottled water provided for drinking & cooking. Due to home deco, our place might not be suitable for infants & toddlers, because of the knickknacks. Kitchen fully stocked for all cooking & baking needs. Guest access Self Check-in with A Keyless entry system to make it convenient. Access instructions are alway provided prior to your arrival Other things to note For the security of our guest & safety of our home, we have external Ring doorbell camera by the front door. It monitors the exterior 24/7, motion activated. While the Ring faces away from the house, it provides notification of arrivals & departures as well as other activity from additional visitors, to deliveries & service calls. Reserved guests are limited up to five (5) visitors at any one time in the home. Parties, and events of any kind are absolutely prohibited. No un-booked overnight guests are permitted without prior booking or notifying hosts of intent to stay. We reserve the right to charge for additional guest should more be observed upon check in or arriving during your stay and not departing. As a courtesy, we have Propane BBQ in back yard, (not responsible for propane) with outdoor table & chairs. Kitchen fully loaded with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cups, glasses, plates, coffee cups, paper plates, napkins. Blender, toaster, Have Keurig with some pods, & tea. **NO Smoking / Vaping inside** WILL be an additional Deep cleaning fee of $350 if evidence of Smoking inside . NO Parties NO Garage access, but plenty of parking
