There is a professional pest control company who comes regularly to spray the property for bugs and pests. The property shares the main driveway with two other properties (there are only 2 other properties to the right, none to the left, so very private), it is possible to rent the property next door for larger parties. Guests will be charged for anything removed from or damage to the property (cleaning company and owner checks inventory and for damages after each guest). Guests will be charged $250 for Extra Guests and/or Unauthorized Pets. Please note there are security cameras on the exterior of the home. Please no eating or drinking in bedrooms/ no eating or drinking in beds. Smoking is allowed ONLY outside, guests are responsible for any damage. If you move furniture, please move back before departure or there will be an extra charge. Kayaks are to be placed back on the Kayak Rack and Life Vests returned to designated inside area before departure. Please do not move fire pit from concrete patio or you will be charged for removal. Gas grill is not to be moved, please clean after each use. Motion lights recently installed for late night arrivals, walking around the property and late night boating arrivals.
