Home is newly remodeled boho farmhouse feel and look. Very clean and cozy. Guests have their own bedroom and private bathroom. The bedroom has a massage chair. There is a 55inch 4K smart tv in the guest bedroom. Around the corner drive or walk to Mohawk Valley Community College, a 5-10 min drive- depending on traffic to all the Local hospitals. Utica zoo 2 miles away. Nice coffee shops and cafes just a few mins away. The space My home is unique clean and cozy with a feel of a farm house/boho feel/ look. Guests are welcome to use the laundry room, kitchen, dining and living room. Guest access Backyard pergola patio with chair swings and fire pit. During your stay I am available to my guests through messages or a call during the entire stay.
