Nice modern apartment in Ballard, Seattle

A perfect, private spot on one of the most charming, craftsman-filled, tree-lined streets in Old Ballard. We are minutes away from The Locks where you can see the salmon jumping and boats going through and the Nordic Museum. We are approximately 10 minutes’ walk away from the main shopping street and Historic Ballard. Or if you walk the other way, we’re a 10 minute walk away from the some new spots popping up at NW 65th and 32nd St, or a stroll to the marina and the beach at Golden Gardens. The space We wanted to make the space fun and local for visitors. We’ve embraced the PNW identity with elements of plaid, whales and the forest. And it’s equipped with a brand new kitchen. (the full place is new) And of course, it means you have your own private entrance to allow you to come and go as you please. We have the fiber for internet, so don’t worry if you need to work from the place.
