You can enjoy a full kitchen to make your morning coffee or host a dinner party with a dining table that fits up to 10 people. Private entrance and a spacious driveway. It's a place to feel at home! No parties or events Cleaning fee can be adjusted for guests not using all three bedrooms. The space The Guesthouse has it's original hardwood floors, transom windows, peaceful colors, and great art. It's a place to feel at home! The living room- Soft gray with an over sized couch that can be made up as a single bed. There is a mesmerizing sand art above the fireplace that you rotate to change. Books, games and personal treasures you may peruse and enjoy. Dining room- Old oak table that seats up to 10 people. Assortment of tablecloths, a chalkboard for messages, doodles or your chef's menu. It has a crazy chandelier, art pieces around the room and French doors that open onto the side deck that overlooks Maria's Garden. The Hollywood glam room- Bench, closet and two mirrored bedside tables for your personal items. Flat screen above the double doors at the foot of the bed. Private bath with a great big shower with no steps and a handrail, fluffy white mats and towels. Black out drapes for sleeping or blocking the afternoon west sun. The Board room- Bench, hanging space and a very old workbench serves as a table below the flat screen on the wall opposite the bed. French doors open to your deck and back yard. Shades and blinds if you want to block the east morning sun. The bath is located just off this bedroom in a hall that can be completely shut off for privacy. The Twin room- XL twin beds each have a light, outlet, several cubbies and lots of space underneath. The flat screen tv swivels for one or both. There is hanging space and a chair for additional sitting. The bathroom has white vertical subway tile with glass mosaics, great shower, and a custom concrete sink by one of our local artists. Kitchen- Black granite counters, fridge with icemaker, coffee and coffee maker, gas range, dishwasher, glassware, silverware and plate service for 10, great pots/pans, and a stainless steel island work table. Easy access to the kitchen through the back door and laundry room. You can try one of our many downtown restaurants listed on the fridge, prepare your own meals, or we can help you select a caterer or chef. Guest access The entire house is well prepared to be enjoyed by you and your family. Including a white wicker furniture on front porch, a peaceful back deck, and a outdoor patio with a concrete block couch in a great little backyard.
