Eagle Rock BackYard House

Eagle Rock back yard house has a bedroom w/ large closet, a new bathroom and a new kitchen. 500 square feet so enough room for a couple or single person. Queen size bed. The kitchen has a gas cook-top with range hood, microwave, toaster and all the kitchen necessities...pots/pans, etc. If I don't have it, let me know and Ill get it! :) Private front deck. TV has Netflix, Hulu. This house has its own AC/Heat system and High speed internet. A min from Highland Park and a few minutes from Pasadena.
