Our Sequoia 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is stylish, comfortable, and inviting, guests often tell us they feel at home from the first moment they walk in the door. Offering space for 8 people to sleep comfortably and located near the SHARC (5 minute walk) and the Village, there’s always something to do during your stay in this Sunriver vacation rental! Light and bright with soaring ceilings created with tongue and groove wood planks, oversize windows bringing the outside in. The front door opens into the great room. The living area featuring a tiled fireplace, a flat screen television, and in addition to the large leather couch, one of our favorite features is the plush and velvety chair and a half with ottoman that is perfect for quick naps or reading that book you’ve been dying to get into since before you arrived. Speaking of books, feel free to take advantage of our 16 Sequoia Library – you’re welcome to take a book, all we ask is you leave one for other folks to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen is a uniquely shaped open space located just off the side of the front door, offering stainless steel appliances, a large window over the sink, and a cheerful ambience that can convince even the diehard takeout queens and kings to prepare at least one meal during their stay! The dining area found on the other side of the open concept kitchen is placed near the kitchen for convenience and in front of glass sliders for wow factor; it seats six comfortably, but if you need more room, the patio table and chairs located just outside the sliders on the giant deck can be put to use. Just open the doors and take advantage of the indoor/outdoor lifestyle loved by so many. The downstairs of this two-story home also offers a laundry room for convenience and easy packing, a powder room, and the master retreat with its king bed, peaceful décor, and oversized windows. Walk outside the sliders to your own private deck with a hot tub tucked away behind half walls that protect your privacy but still leaves views open to the sky above. The tour continues up the carpeted stairs to the two remaining bedrooms and a spacious full bath that is shared by both rooms. The second room features a spacious closet and neutral décor that makes it easy to fall into a deep and peaceful sleep, while the final bedroom, often referred to as the kids’ room, contains a set of twin bunk beds and another "twin over full" bunk bed and lots of room for the smallest travelers to play! A portable crib and a booster seat ensure infants and toddlers are comfortable and eliminates the need to pack bulky items for your trip. And because we don’t believe in the theory of less is more, our Sunriver vacation home comes with a host of amenities you may not find in others.
