You'll find our large, Victorian home right across the street from the beautiful, historic Liberty Park. It is walking distance to several restaurants, pubs, parks, shops, and grocery stores. Only a few minutes drive to downtown, Sugarhouse, and freeways makes it a convenient location for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Feel free to relax in our space or use it as a home base for all your Utah adventures! The space This room is pretty small, with a full bed, so is best suited for one person, but available for two. India-themed decorations. The India Room door is marked by an 'I' on the door frame. Guest access Guests will be sharing the main floor with other Airbnb guests, *All common space is available for guests to use, including the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, front porch, and the fire pit in the backyard. We provide all the necessary amenities such as bedding, pillows, and towels. You are free to store food in the fridge and use the kitchen, just as you would at home. There are pots and pans, dishes, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker that you are welcome to use. We provide coffee/tea and a few spices/condiments. Make yourself at home, but please clean up after yourself as the common spaces are shared, and respect others. :) Check-in will be from 4pm to 10 pm and check-out is by 11 am. If you need to make special arrangements for a later check-in, please contact us. You are welcome to drop your luggage off earlier or keep your luggage past check-out time, just work out the details with us. During your stay We live on the top floor (separate) apartment of the house and will be available most of the time (when in town) if you need help with anything, have any questions or need suggestions about the area. But if you prefer your autonomy or privacy, that's fine too:) Other things to note *As stated earlier, but just a reminder, if you rent this room, the room is private, but you will be sharing the rest of the floor with other Airbnb guests. This includes the two bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room area. Alternatively, this is just one of the rooms that you can rent if you have a large group and want to rent out the whole floor--you can find it under the listing of 'Large Victorian Home.'
