Private basement suite near ski resorts

We live in the top floor of our three multi-level home and are offering a cozy basement suite to our guests. The suite has a separate entrance, and the space includes a living room with a small kitchenette with basic amenities, two available bedrooms, and a full bath. Our home is conveniently located in Sandy with convenient access to world class ski resorts such as Snowbird and Alta, hiking, and great shopping and dining areas. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space The space interior is well maintained, it has access to a large back yard with beautiful view of the Salt Lake valley. The entrance is from the backyard side, and you are welcome to hang out in the back yard as well. Be prepared to walk on a grass walkway and wooden stairs to the back side house entrance. Pardon the older wood and look, we are in the process of constructing a more convenient and safe entry in the future. Guest access Parkway, back yard During your stay COVID times are challenging times. However I am dedicated to my guests comfort and as time permits and guests desire, I would love to introduce unique kitchen tastes from Bulgaria over breakfast or dinner. Other things to note We are trying to provide the best hosting experience to our guests with as little or as much interaction that our guests are comfortable with. We do live in the house and although we do our best and try to be as quiet as possible, this is a shared space and we have daily work schedules with varying hours. Therefore we may not be suitable for guests who look for a quiet and private place free of possible disturbance of such routines. The place is not suitable for guests looking for friend gatherings or parties. This is a quiet neighborhood with more of a home feel.
