This space is a little non-traditional, but we listed it because we have lots of non-traditional inquires about it. :) There are sleeping suites above in the same building. Find us- We're Aspenwood Manor in Provo Wedding luncheons, getting ready for a wedding, baby/bridal showers, film shoots, photography shoots, retreats, parties, classes or anything else that works in the space! Welcome to Aspenwood Manor in Provo! The space READ THIS CAREFULLY!! Contact us before sending a booking request as the AirBnB calendar does NOT sync with our system. DO NOT SIMPLY SEND A REQUEST. Read this listing carefully before reaching out. The event room is perfect for small parties, retreats and business meetings. Leather sofas as pictured. 80" HDTV with surround sound Full kitchen (dishes not provided) 1/2 bathroom *furniture can not be moved out Size- Main room is about 600 square feet. The entire event space is a little over 1000 (including the hall, kitchen, and bathroom.) Basic rental includes: -Room rental -Use of kitchen -80" HDTV PRICING: This is priced for weekend weddings. Read this description and if it applies to you, ask for a special rate. Retreats/Babyshowers/Corporate Meetings -Up to 12 guests. EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST more than 12 is $2 each. For example, if you expect 24 guests, your rate will be about $48 more for the day. Weddings- Up to 50 guests. $525 week days, $650 weekends (fri,sat,sun) Additional 50 guests is +$100 Classes- Up to 12 guests on a week day (for recurring classes). Please contact us for custom pricing. Family/Business Retreat- $225/day week days, $275 week ends (when booked with 1 or more sleeping suites) Your rental rate includes the use of the room for an 6 hour block from 8am-10pm. Overnight stays are not permitted unless at least 1 additional suite is reserved in the building. With overnight permission, the linens for the sleeper sofas are provided. If you would like more information about the sleeping suites in the same building, please send us a message. **The pool/water park is located across the street at the Provo Rec center. It's $5/adult and $4/child. CATERING: Bring your own caterer. Cooking on site is not allowed. Kitchen is for warming/serving only. Do not plan on cooking here. We recommend catering by Utah Celebrations Catering Dishware is NOT provided. Bring all your own dishes/silverware/paper products. NO ALCOHOL NO SMOKING OR SMOKERS (no smoking anywhere on the property at all. zip zero nada) NO GLITTER NO LOUD PARTIES NO ANIMALS NO MEAL PREP- Only warming/serving If this looks like the perfect place for your group, please send me a message with: The total number of guests in your group. The type of gathering you'll be hosting (party, etc). Food plans- who is catering. Timeframe needed. Guest access You'll have access to the room and all the furniture. Other things to note "We're right across from the Provo Rec Center, so there is lots of parking. Also- make use of the Rec Center! The amenities are amazing! INCLUDED IN THE BASIC ROOM RENTAL --Leather sofas --1 table and 6 chairs --Use of kitchen for serving only (no cooking) --80"" HDTV with HDMI connection (cord not provided) --Internet NOT INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RENTAL These items may be added to your rental: --full service AV/Tech (we'll come help you set up and train you on the technology) $35 --Surround sound, microphone, mixer $35 --Extra tables $10 (you may not bring your own tables) --Extra chairs $1 each (you may not bring your own chairs) *We charge these table/chair fees to cover the wear and tear on the building and increased cleaning time resulting from more people We have a large variety of additional items available to rent for your event. Let us know if you'd like to add anything! --Tablecloths- $10/each (includes laundering) --Various catering items $Varies ROOM POLICIES GUEST BEHAVIOUR --If you are booking for another individual, you agree that you are taking responsibility for their actions while on this property and agree to pay any extra service or damage fees they may incur. --We are a non-party facility. We have strict quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Special permission is required to have loud events outside of this timeframe. --Absolutely NO smoking on the property at anytime. FOOD & BEVERAGE --The kichen includes: fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, sink. Dishes, serving items, cookware is NOT included. --Alcohol is not permitted except with permission and additional deposit. Inebriation is absolutely forbidden on this property. --The use of the kitchen is for serving catering and warming only. The space is not meant to cook for large numbers of guests and the clean up has been atrocious for many large groups in the recent past. Do NOT plan on preparing meals here. Just serving pre-made dishes. Please adjust your menu accordingly. --NO bacon and deep fryers. Cooking bacon or deep frying will result in a $150 fee. The smell of bacon and cooking oil permeates and is almost impossible to remove. DECORATIONS --NO glitter. None. Not even a speck. If we find glitter during clean up, you'll be charged a $100 headache fee. --Do NOT post anything to the wall. Tacks, staples, duct tape and any other potentially wall-damaging hanging items are absolutely forbidden. You may NOT remove hung art without prior permission. Blue or green painter's tape may be used carefully. --Rental includes the room ONLY. Do not decorate or expand into the hallway or any common space. --Furnishings may not be removed from the space. We have no space to store the sofas/tables, etc. Please plan your event flow to utilize them. PARKING --You as the event host may park up to 2 cars in the lot belonging to the building. All other visitor cars MUST park on the street or across the street at the Rec Center. CLEAN UP POLICY Every event is charged a cleaning fee depending on the size of group and type of event. Guests are expected to remove all trash, remove all belongings and do a basic clean up of the space. The cleaning fee includes normal cleaning and does NOT include extensive cleaning. You will be billed in addition if the room is abnormally soiled. Examples: chocolate ground into the grout, oil splattered down the walls, frosting fingerprints on every single chair. (Guess how we came up with these examples...)"
