**Recently updated**This 526 square ft. dream vacation guest house featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a fenced private patio. The guest house is fully equipped with everything you will need, including heating/ac, ceiling fans, streaming TV with YouTube TV in living room & bedroom, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen completely equipped, a living area, and everything you need for a day of adventure at the beach. There is a full spa-inspired bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The space Professionally cleaned between each guest by our phenomenal cleaning team! To get the most enjoyment out of your stay, please continue reading: It is ideal for 2 adults, or it can accommodate 2 adults with 1 or 2 small children on the couch (which is not a pullout), twin sized air mattress, or we can provide you with a pack n play upon request. We just ask that you treat it as if it were your own as we use it for our little one. The casita comes with Wifi and was recently tested at 60 mbps download, 50 mbps upload. There are two TV’s with Firesticks attached for watching TV/media through the Amazon app, or through other installed apps. Any media purchases you charge during your stay, will be requested with the final payout. This casita has a private locked and gated entrance. It is the perfect place for a private getaway, happy times & making lasting memories. The private casita patio includes a Traeger grill, grilling utensils, and the wood pellets. Also included, a bistro table and chairs, sun umbrella, patio swing, and a fruit salad tree. Guests are welcome to pick the lemons and limes from the tree during your stay! Books (baby & adult), jigsaw puzzles, and a few games are on hand for use during your stay. Pet-free to accommodate people with animal allergies. No smoking on premises to accommodate people with allergies and non-smokers. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, surfboards, boggie boards, and beach toys available for you to use for a day at the beach. ABSOLUTELY no drugs including marijuana allowed on the property. Other things to note: If you are interested in staying for a couple of weeks or a month, feel free to inquire for a few months out, even if it is not showing available. Guest access While staying with us you will have access to the casita and its private patio. Other things to note City street sweeping is done on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 9-1pm. If your car isn’t moved, you will be ticketed.
